Almost Elton John & The RocketMen have been come the world’s #1 Elton
John tribute. The band, which started in 2014, will blow you away with
their tribute to the iconic, legendary Sir Elton John! The six piece
band features Jerred Price on piano & lead vocals. Price is a self
taught pianist/singer who first started playing piano at the age of
three. In 2014, he started headlining his tribute show at Hard Rock Cafe
on world famous Beale Street in Memphis, TN. As his crowds grew, so did
his venue.
Through the years, he added band members and today, they are an award
winning act voted one of the hottest live acts in the mid-south. The
band, is in residency at the legendary Lafayette’s Music Room, which has
been graced by the presence of such artist as Billy Joel, KISS, Leon
Russell, and more! The band also travels all over the USA playing their
award winning show to thousands each year!
Price was a featured performer at Elton John’s 60th Birthday celebration
in New York City at the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s “Lunch Around The
World” event. Jerred’s mannerisms, vocals, outfits, and piano playing
will think you are in front of the Rocket Man himself.

Price & Sir Elton John met in 2014 and have been friends ever since,
often connecting before or after Elton’s concerts that Price attends.
The two enjoy speaking about music, advocacy work with the fight against
HIV/AIDS, and much more! Price has also been honored to be invited and
often attends Sir Elton John’s Oscar Party in Los Angeles. The two stay
in touch to this day.

first ever “Tommy Awards” – Memphis’ own “Grammys” if you will.
